Welcome to our platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). These Terms apply to all users, including political organizations, their representatives, and third-party sponsors.

Please note: Full website services are governed by separate agreements and may be subject to additional or different terms. The following terms apply specifically to directory listings and landing page plans.

1. Overview of Services

We provide an online directory and web services designed to enhance visibility and accessibility for political party organizations across the United States. Our services include:

• Listing creation and management

• Landing pages and full website options

• Sponsor visibility and advertising

• Custom-built “Unified” and “Core” plans

Listings are generally static in nature and serve as high-level summaries of your organization’s core information, including contact details, leadership roles, and service areas. Our goal is to maintain clarity and consistency across the directory to improve searchability and public trust.

2. Eligibility

To use this platform, you must be:

• A verified representative of a political party organization (e.g., state, county, district, or club level), or

• An approved sponsor or supporter participating through one of our official sponsorship programs.

Verification is required before listings go live. Any attempts to submit false or misleading information may result in denial or termination of service. At our discretion, we may also refer attempts to misrepresent or defraud to law enforcement or the actual owner(s) of an organization.

3. Billing & Subscription

• Billing Cycle: All plans are billed annually, in advance.

• Payment Methods: We accept debit/credit cards or paper checks from accounts registered to the organization’s legal name.

• Refunds: We do not offer partial or prorated refunds after services have commenced.

Plans are renewable unless canceled by either party prior to the end of the current subscription term.

4. Content Ownership & Usage

You retain full ownership of the content you submit for your listing, landing page, or website. However, by submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and reproduce that content for the purpose of providing the service.

You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and legality of your content, including any logos, images, or links.

5. Updates & Modifications

• Listings are intended to remain relatively static throughout the year.

• You are entitled to two (2) bulk content changes per year, for listings, and four (4) for landing pages at no additional charge. These changes must be submitted through our official change request process.

• Additional changes may incur a service fee, which will be clearly communicated in advance.

6. Service Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform if:

• You violate these Terms or applicable laws;

• You fail to complete verification;

• Payment is not received or is reversed;

• You engage in behavior that disrupts the experience or safety of others on the platform.

We also reserve the right to decline content that we believe, in our sole discretion, is misleading, defamatory, or harmful to the purpose of the platform.

7. Third-Party Links and Content

Your listing may contain links to external websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third-party sites. Sponsors may also place approved advertisements or logos on pages they support, per the scope of their sponsorship agreement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• Indirect or incidental damages arising out of your use of the platform;

• Loss of data or content;

• Any technical issues or delays beyond our reasonable control.

9. Dispute Resolution

If any disputes arise, both parties agree to make a good faith effort to resolve the matter informally before pursuing legal remedies. Jurisdiction for any legal proceedings will be in the state in which the platform’s parent company is registered.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Any major changes will be posted on this page and, where appropriate, communicated to users via email. Continued use of the platform after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
